Play Funded Refund Policy & Rules
In accordance to this Refund Policy, “us,”, “our”, and “we” shall mean Play Funded.
Refunds once services are availed
All payments made to Play Funded for its services are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the services, early termination by the user, or any perceived lack of usage or benefit. By using Play Funded’s services, the user acknowledges and agrees to this strict norefund policy and waives any right to claim a refund, chargeback, or reimbursement of fees paid. This policy is an essential condition of the provision of services and applies to all users without exception.
Your acceptance of this Policy
Traders are accountable for familiarizing themselves with this Refund Policy. The traders’ contract with us for the purchase of our services is governed by the terms of this Refund Policy and our Terms of Use. The trader acknowledges and completely accepts the terms of this Refund Policy by placing an order for the purchase or use of our services. The trader is prohibited from placing an order with us if they do not completely accept or agree with the terms of this Refund Policy. Chargebacks
The trader hereby consents to refrain from filing any dispute claims against Play Funded for any payments made through a credit card or any other payment channel without first contacting Play Funded. The trader unequivocally consents to furnish Play Funded with all pertinent information regarding the intended chargeback claim in the event of such an occurrence. Whenever a trader submits a chargeback claim, Play Funded reserves the right to suspend services that the trader may possess, as well as any incoming payments. Play Funded shall be entitled to recover from the trader any amounts paid by Play Funded in respect of any Membership Accounts or Evaluation Accounts trader may hold, including but not limited to any and all profit share payments, in the event that trader makes a chargeback claim. The trader expressly agrees to reimburse Play Funded for all expenses associated with the defense of chargeback claims, including but not limited to legal fees, regardless of whether the claim is successful.
Changes to this Refund Policy
We retain the right to modify or revise this Refund Policy at any time. The implementation of any modifications will be immediate upon their publication on our website.
